After the order is placed, only after successful payment is done, confirmation of the order is sent via email/WhatsApp. The confirmation message includes details of pickup date/time, tracking details of the order (for orders opted for delivery outside Eindhoven).

It is our responsibility to ensure that our customers are well informed about their orders, shipment details with Track & Trace information.

It has to be acknowledged and understood that in unanticipated cases mistakes might happen. If any such unforeseen conditions arise, we give our best possible care to keep our valuable customers well informed. Shipment

Our website provides an option to select “the week” information for delivery outside Eindhoven. We try our very best to ship the order same day. In any unexpected occasions if the shipment leaves our location the next day, necessary information regarding the shipment will be sent via email or phone contact. It has to be noted that Shipping times differ depending upon courier services timings.

Shipment of the orders is made via our shipping partners Post NL for delivery outside Eindhoven, within the Netherlands.

After tracking information of the shipment is sent over to the customer, it has to be noted that we do not take responsibility anymore to track and record delivery acknowledgement. It is our customer’s prime responsibility to track and receive the shipment.

It is not our prime responsibility to coordinate and arrange re-delivery services with our delivery partners.
